Located on almost 2 full acres in the heart of Downtown Ruston, this colonial revival style home was originally constructed in 1884 and has been altered very little since its remodeling by T.L. James in the 1920s. The 6,000 sq ft house features a formal dining room, 3 sitting rooms, a full kitchen, a library, a sunroom and 3 large bedroom suites. A restored carriage house & garden is located toward the back of the property. The entire home is surrounded by a fully landscaped lawn.
