• Wifi is available on the property
• Main Floor and the Carriage House are wheelchair accessible.
• The entire house and Carriage House is wired with Sonos speakers, so you can listen to your own play list right from your own phone!
• You may choose your own vendors.
• Extra tables and chairs will need to be rented from another vendor.

• A damage deposit & a signed rental agreement are required to hold/reserve your event date.
  
• We require a $1M general liability insurance policy to be obtained that names the Big House as an additional insured.
  
• Event day insurance may be available through www.wedsafe.com, www.csicoverage.com or your own insurance broker/agent.
  

Photography Policy

Photography Reservations are Required for Photography at the Big House

All photography reservations require:

• Signed Agreement by the Photographer, with the understanding that the photographer is responsible for their guests while on Big House property
• Photography Rental Fee, paid via check or money order to James Family Big House, LLC
• Proof of liability insurance by the photographer in the form of a certificate of insurance listing the Big House as an additional insured
